Beachbody Coach Tip: Don't Let The No's Get You Down

Have you been consistently inviting and consistently getting No's?  Have you let those No's get you down?  If your feeling the No Blues, then I have something awesome to share with you that may put it all in perspective.  Check out this video:

Take those No's and keep on's not "no" forever, it's just "not right now."  Keep being consistent, doing your workouts and being a positive example.  Remember, people may not be responding, but they're ALWAYS watching!! :-)
