FREE 21 Day Clean Eating Challenge: Starts June 9th


Have you been struggling with finding the right foods to eat to fuel your body or maybe you just aren't exactly sure where to get started....or maybe you are looking for a group of women to go through the journey with. Well, I am soooo excited to let you know about my upcoming FREE 21 Clean Eating Challenge that's starting June 9th. 

21 Days is all I'm asking of both you and myself. 

So....why not go ahead and just start eating clean on your own? can totally do that, BUT...... by doing so you'll miss out on some awesome tips, accountability, meeting new like-minded people and seeing clean eating from other people's perspectives as y'all try this together.

Each day I'll post motivation, tips, recipes and more to help you keep going towards your goals. I’ll also be providing you with a Challenge Guide for you to stick on your fridge or on your computer— wherever helps to remind you of the rules of the challenge and how to survive the 21 days! 

Here's an example of how I eat clean, so you can have an idea of what to expect:

1. Chicken with broccoli and sweet potato (Lunch)
2. Cantaloupe & Chocolate Shakeology (Breakfast)
3. Carrots & hummus 
4. Grapes 
5. Strawberry Shakeology 
6. Grilled fish with broccoli and sweet potato (Dinner)
**Not pictured: 2 cups of peach mango green tea that I had with breakfast & dinner, plus 2 tsps of PB as an after workout snack.**

21 Day Fix Meal Plan and Grocery List

Round 1 of the 21 Day Fix made a huge difference in my tummy, my fitness and my overall confidence.  After I finished that round I never felt so good...happy, confident and comfortable in my own skin.  Being healthy really does make you feel like a million bucks.

I just got back from vacation and am hoping back on my workouts and getting my eating back in gear. I even took some brand-spanking new "Before" pictures....woot, woot!!  Just like my first round,  I'll be giving y'all weekly updates as i go along.  At the moment I am doing the 21 Day Fix meal plan while mixing in different workouts. 

I have fallen in love with this program and the agh-mazing meal plan.  It's simple and easy to follow.    I’ve been posting about my love for the 21 Day Fix meal plan on my Facebook page a lot!  I just can’t help it, I’m love with the whole thing.  It just makes a ton of sense to me! It’s not that I wasn’t eating healthy before…I just wasn’t eating the correct portion and balance of foods for me and my body’s needs.  This program is basically fool proof.  If you follow the guide book and stick to the list of foods, you seriously can’t lose!  You WILL see results.

What I like most about it is the counting calories, no weighing foods, no muss & no fuss. It takes a little planning in the beginning, but once you know how you want to space out your containers, it's simple!  And I’ve noticed that my body has a much better system of regulating when I’m full. Now I know exactly when to stop eating.

Would you like to be your own boss?

A little over 7 months ago I had the opportunity to join a Beachbody Challenge Group. I knew NOTHING about it, other than some info I found on a coaches blog (like this one lol). I was hoping to lose the last 15 pounds and learn how to truly eat even healthier, as I knew my healthy eating habits weren't quiet mastered yet. Even though I did ZERO research on it, my hubby and I agreed I should try Shakeology, because there were no strings attached and I put full trust in my coach to lead me in the right direction. Instead of just participating in the challenge group, I just went ahead and signed up as a Beachbody Coach, because I just KNEW it was a good fit for me. So, I actively started coaching, which has brought me here today. I can not say enough about how Beachbody has changed my life. Aside from getting in the best shape of my life and implementing a healthy lifestyle, I have helped numerous people do the same and made tons of friendships along the way.

Now that I have been able to build my business and actually earn an income, I have been getting messages about what exactly I do and how it works.

Summer Slim Down Challenge

I am officially inviting YOU to join my upcoming Summer Slim Down Challenge Group! So 
here is how it works. Please read through the details, then, if you are interested, you can fill out the application form. I will be in contact with you within 24 hours to answer your questions and to let you know if I have a spot available for you. 

Here are details: It begins on June 16th, 2014 and lasts for 21 days. Throughout the 21 days I will teach you how to make exercise a part of your daily routine by matching you up with a Beachbody fitness program like the 21 Day Fix, Brazil Butt Lift, P90X3, and more to meet your needs. I will recommend a program that fits your ability level and that you feel works with your time commitments as well.

In addition to the fitness program, I also require that you replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology. Shakeology is a meal replacement shake that is all natural, helps you lose weight, controls your cravings, keeps you full, and gives you energy to get through your workouts. I know you can think of every excuse in the book to NOT drink Shakeology.
