Beachbody Coach Tip: Don’t waste time and effort throwing spaghetti

Do you remember when your mom made spaghetti and she would throw a piece at the wall. If it stuck, then she knew it was fully cooked. Often times, it took multiple attempts and lots of wasted spaghetti.

Also, schedule specific slots of time that you will use to complete everything. This will help you to stay organized and waste MUCH less time.
