21 Day Challenge Results and Goals

I just finished a 21 Day Beachbody Challenge group for coaches. 21 days isn't a lot of time, but it is surely enough time to kick those bad habits!!! 

Here are my results: 
I only lost 2lbs, but I feel like my tummy thinned out a bit and my arms gained some tone. 

Big thing are next goal is to hit my goal weight of 115 by my birthday (Feb 13). It's totally doable if I stay on track with my workouts and continue to eat clean!!
