Why should you drink MORE water?


1. Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is made up of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. When you're low on fluids, the brain triggers the body's thirst mechanism, so you should listen to those cues and get yourself a drink of water FAST!

2. Helps Keep Calories In Check: For years, people have been drinking lots of water as a weight loss strategy. Water it's self doesn't have any magical weight loss power, but substituting it for higher calorie drinks, like Sprite or juice, can certainly help.  Water helps you feel fuller so it's conincidently helps you find the urge to continually snack on extra calories your body doesn't really need.
3. Helps Keep Skin Looking Pretty:  Being dehydrated makes any lines and blemishes become more noticeable!!  Staying hydrated keeps that face looking fresh.
Need to find ways to get more water into your daily routine....Here are a few:
-Have a glass of water with every snack and meal.
-Eat more fruits and veggies. They will keep you hydrated and surprisingly...about 20% of our fluid intake comes from foods.
-Keep a bottle of water with you in your car, in your tote bag or at your desk at work so it's easy and convenient.)
