Here are my results:
I only lost 2lbs, but I feel like my tummy thinned out a bit and my arms gained some tone.
Big thing are ahead...my next goal is to hit my goal weight of 115 by my birthday (Feb 13). It's totally doable if I stay on track with my workouts and continue to eat clean!!
